Each apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 tiled bathrooms. The large living rooms have digital TVs, DVD players and comfortable sofas. Some rooms also have views of the bay, and facilities and services can be tailored to your needs.

The fully equipped kitchens have ovens, fridges, dishwashers and washing machines. They open on to a dining area with a table and chairs for guests.

Keys must be collected from the left side of the Ocean Apartments reception, located on the ground floor of Block C at 2 Western Harbour Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.

Ocean Apartments operates on a self-check-in basis. Guests are required to:

- Submit a valid form of photo identification via email.

- Complete a £100 security deposit pre-authorisation per apartment using the provided link. Please note, this is a virtual hold; the amount will be frozen on your account but not charged.

Guests must contact the management team at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the self-check-in process. Check-in instructions will only be issued once all requirements have been fulfilled.

**Group Bookings Policy**

Ocean Apartments maintains a strict *No Group* policy. We do not accept bookings for certain groups, including single-sex parties, hen, and stag groups. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline bookings from guests residing in EH postcodes and surrounding areas.

**Children's Facilities**

A child's high chair and/or travel cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability.

Please note: bed linen is not supplied for cots.

Stunning views, quiet area and excellent location. There’s a nice walk way through parks into Edinburgh but if you son’t fancy walking there’s a bus into town literally on thw other side of the complex

Exceptional
We stayed at the Ocean Serviced Apartments for 2 nights. A few days prior to our arrival, they contacted us to offer us an upgrade to an Executive Apartment. We upgraded for £25 per night and are VERY glad we did. We got the penthouse on the 7th floor. It had floor-to-ceiling windows with excellent views over the docks. There was even a balcony with a table and two chairs on it. The apartment was very spacious with an en-suite off both bedrooms. There was even another separate toilet with wash hand basin, which was useful. The kitchen was well stocked and soap and sachets of shampoo were provided. There was a washing machine (not sure if it was a washer/dryer as we didn't use it) and a clothes airer. Dishwasher tablets were provided. The whole place was SPOTLESS. I had no need to wash any cups or utensils before use. The water pressure was very good and the beds were comfy. I didn't use them, but there was a hairdryer in both rooms (one looked better than the other). Tea, coffee sachets and sugar were supplied. The apartments are about ten minutes walking distance from a 24hour ASDA so convenient to get food, drinks, etc. The location was excellent! The number 11 bus was a few steps from the accommodation. The Newhaven tram stop was an easy 10 minutes walk away (all on the flat), which took us directly into the centre of Edinburgh. There is a Premier Inn/Brewers Fayre about 5 minutes away but there are better restaurants not much further. Superb location!
Only a few, very minor things: 1. I was aware of the lift mechanism noises on the Saturday night. 2. Hairdryers are provided BUT there are no mirrors in the actual bedrooms to use whilst drying your hair. There was a full-length mirror in the hallway, but the plug socket was quite far away (I have been 'burned' like this before so always take a small mirror with me for such emergencies, but this was annoying). There were plenty of mirrors in the bathrooms. 3. You get a Nespresso-type coffee machine but they don't give you any coffee pods to start you off, which would be useful. These things would not deter me from staying again tough.
